Plans renew automatically — cancel anytime, no surprise charges.
AI answers can be wrong — don't treat them as professional advice.
No abuse, spam, or bypassing Discord's rules — or we can suspend access.
You're responsible for what you put in the knowledge base.
We aim for high uptime, but can't promise zero downtime.
We're not liable for damages from relying on AI-generated answers.
Remove the bot or cancel anytime to stop using Suppy.
By adding Suppy to your Discord server, logging into the dashboard, or otherwise using our services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Suppy.
Suppy is a Discord bot and companion web dashboard that provides AI-assisted support ticket handling, a knowledge base, and analytics for Discord communities.
You authenticate via Discord OAuth2 — there's no separate Suppy password. You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure, and for all activity that happens through the dashboard while logged in as you.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
You (or your server's admins) are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any knowledge base content, ticket messages, or configuration you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service — for example, to generate AI answers from it.
Suppy's AI assistant generates answers from the knowledge you provide plus general knowledge. Responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. AI answers are not professional advice — review them where accuracy matters. We're not liable for decisions made based on AI output.
We aim to keep Suppy available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, or the Service may be affected by outages of Discord, Stripe, our AI providers, or our hosting infrastructure.
You may stop using Suppy at any time by removing the bot from your server(s) and/or cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by Discord or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suppy and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated answers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Suppy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
